Shareholders are strongly encouraged to submit their votes on the resolutions to be considered at the Meeting prior to the meeting.
To be valid, online proxy voting or completed Proxy Forms must be received by Computershare Investor Services no later than: 1:00 pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday 5 November 2024.
